Delivery Type
All deliveries are classed as heavyweight deliveries and are made using large vehicles equipped with a tail lift. Goods are generally delivered on a pallet.

Delivery Point

Deliveries are made strictly to the kerbside (the nearest safe point by the roadside).

The driver is not responsible for moving goods into your property, garden, garage, or any other location. Please ensure you have suitable arrangements to move your goods from the kerbside into your property once delivered.

Access Requirements

If you believe access to your property may be restricted for larger vehicles (e.g., narrow roads, weight limits, or other restrictions), please contact Coal Warehouse before placing your order. We will do our best to arrange an alternative delivery method.

Surface Requirements

The pallet can only be delivered onto a flat, hard surface such as concrete or tarmac, free from cattle grid, manhole or service covers.

Manual pallet trucks cannot be used on grass, gravel, slopes, or uneven ground. The driver is unable to push the pallet uphill, downhill, or across unsuitable surfaces.
Standard Delivery -
Timescale: Deliveries normally take 5–10 working days. Please note that delays may occur during busy periods.

Delivery Point: All pallets are delivered to the kerbside, as close as possible to the delivery address.

Customer Responsibility: Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly move the product. Goods must not obstruct the road or pavement.
