Where do you deliver to?We deliver all across Northern Ireland and Ireland! We also deliver to the UK mainland.

Is there a delivery fee?Yes there is. We charge from £37.50 for delivery all across Northern Ireland and Ireland. Prices for the UK mainland can vary. This is to ensure your pallets are safely delivered to you.

How long does it take to deliver my order?This can depend on your location but we aim to deliver within 4-5 working days.

Can I collect my coal?Yes of course you can! When checking out, simply click the button for collection and you can collect from our grounds. Make sure you keep your keep your order ID as we will need it to confirm your pickup. If collecting, we can often negotiate a better price. Call us on 028 8706 0121.
